Adega do Cantor was built to produce wine, principally the Vida and Onda Nova ranges using grapes from three surrounding quintas; Quinta do Moinho, Quinta do Miradouro and Vale do Sobreiro. Sir Cliff Richard owns Quinta do Moinho and it was his idea to plant a vineyard providing the genesis point for the Vida Nova range of wines and he remains very much involved with the wine production.
